CT scan says: Hepatosplenomegaly, w/ hepatic steatosis. I'm diabetic and have had stomach pain vomiting & diareaha for 3 weeks. Lost 20#. Any ideas?

Two thoughts: The possibilities here are numerous, but at least two that come to mind are 1) childhood developmental factors, and 2) anger as covering over other feelings.
