Palpitations: You are having palpitations, which can be caused by many things, including thyroid issues, anxiety, arrhythmias, caffeine, hypoglycemia, among many other things. You need to be evaluated both with blood tests and possibly with a 24 hour monitor called a holter monitor to see what the heart is doing during these episodes from an electrical standpoint. ...Read more

Evaluate Neck: If you are not improving have your doctor order a cervical spine mri. Many times a herniated disc in the neck can cause arm pain especially if you have not improved with the medications and physical therapy. Dark heart shapped spots under my skin near my armpits. First appeared a month ago under one arm and now its under my other arm. Idk what it could be?
Dark spots under arm: Dark skin at your armpits can occur due to shaving, chemical irritation or ingrown hairs. People who have diabetes and are obese may have acanthosis nigricans, where pigmentation may occur at the underarms and neck. If the skin feels and otherwise looks okay, you can watch it for now, but if it continues to spread, a doctor should check it. Avoid hair removal creams and other harsh chemicals. ...Read more
Dizziness upon standing, also a slower heart rate upon standing. Feels as if my heart has to catch up. Vision also is blurred with spots. Help please?
Few possibilities: Depending on the nature of the white spots (size, location, flat/raised, quantity), it is likely either a fungal infection such as candida (commonly), or possibly apthous ulcers. A dentist or physician should be able to identify the cause and provide appropriate treatment. If it is a fungal infection you would need medication. If ulcers, it is self limiting but medication will help alleviate pain. ...Read more

56=ok: There's nothing wrong with a heart rate of 56 - don't try to change it. I suggest you wear warmer clothing - it will make you more comfortable, probably will make the red/purple spots go away, is free/inexpensive, has no side effects, and won't interact with your other meds. ...Read more

Dark spots?: Hopefully you had normal cardiac function on the stress echocardiogram test. Sometimes an echocardiogram will show "dark spots" near the heart. These might be enlarged lymph nodes that should be evaluated by additional studies (CAT scan of the chest) and it is also reasonable to see an oncologist since there is a slight chance the lymph nodes could represent lymphoma. ...Read more
