Several things: Your symptoms maybe coming from a couple things. Sinus infections and middle/inner ear conditions can cause head pressure, headaches, even balance problems. Your neck pain could be separate or compensatory to maintaining your upright stance (for balance). I would rec that you start with an appt with your pcp for an exam. I am having persistent head pressure just above my right eyebrow that comes with pain from time to time. Sometimes, it throbs. Causes?

Recommendation : Need to know if this occurs with nasal congestion. If yes, you can use nasal spray Flonase or Nasacort or nasonex one spray each nostril twice a day for a week and then once a day. Likely benign: Some form of trigeminal irritation of a terminal nasal nerve branch which is hypersensitive for any number of reasons & activates the trigeminovascular system of the brainstem in the mildest of ways to produce what could be interpreted as a very subtle "knock on the door" of what under other scenarios could become a migraine headache.
