Depends: This depends on the size of the nodule and its characteristics on ct. Presence of fat and popcorn like calcifications in the nodule may suggest a harmatoma. If the nodule was present on a prior chest xray or ct, it would suggest benignity. Is it possible one doctor has access to your old studies & the other doctor doesn't.
