Trazodone for sleep: Dear Diane, Trazodone is an anti-depressant which is commonly used to help one sleep. Whether or not it will work for you depends on your body's response to the medication and I am unable to say if it will cure your symptoms. I have not heard of trazodone improving foot cramps. Meditation, relaxation exercises and natural teas such as chamomile can also help someone sleep. ...Read more

See your doctor: Many causes -answer depends on your medication history first since many cross reactions and then physical examine - dvt-venous blood clots or arterial sclerosis made worse? Are the worse i can think of. But usually not. Plantar Fascitits?: I would go to a podiatrist. They would be able to ask more questions and actually touch the parts that hurt. You might just need a brace at night, or a topical pain cream that has multiple awesome meds in it, can help very quickly. Maybe just some orthotics during the day will help! ...Read more
