When I stand up from a laying position I get facial numbness and tingling for about 3-4 minutes what could be causing this I haven't had any injuries?

Doesn't fit...: Symptoms seem to be related to nerve impingement. Facial nerves are different than neck nerves, though, which are the nerve supply to the arm. If the symptoms are more on the neck below the jaw, and not the face, i'd suggest the possibility of a cervical herniated or bulging disc.
