I have erythema nodosum on both right and left legs. I don't know what it is from. I have two cats. Could they have caused it?

I suffer from granuloma annulare, erythema annulare centrifugum, erythema nodosum, and low IgM. Are these related or might they have a common cause?
Unlikely: These 3 conditions have 3 different auto-sensitivity targets, in the skin. Biopsy appearance is different under the microscope, and treatments are different. So, i had erythema nodosum when i took bc, now its been back since i had my fallopian tube removed. Could the removal of the tube be causing it?
