Reformulate: Reformulate your question. It's not clear what's being asked. If you have eclampsia but have a normal baby after birth, the baby will not hurt. Ecalmpsia, however, cause complications with labor and delivery and the rate of baby's complications/untoward outcomes is definitely higher than in women without eclampsia. ...Read more

I am very sorry: to hear about that. Ecclampsia is a maternal condition characterized by very high vessel tone (blood pressure, kidney failure, fluid retention among other symptoms). Congenital conditions are a very common cause of death soon after delivery.
