Chronic dysuria: I'm sorry, I don't know what your problem is caused by but I do have some advise. Chronic problems tend to follow a step-wise approach to finding the diagnosis and every time you go to a new doctor you start over. Stick with one doctor and work with him through several visits until he says he doesn't know what else to do or refers you to another doctor. Also keep a journal of your pain.
