Hard to pin this: down without a good exam. Check BP heart rate and a CBC (blood count) and make sure you're not anemic. That would be the most common cause of dizziness in a 23 year old lady living in a city of 15 million people. What causes dizziness when i'm lying down and move my head a certain way? Room spins. Dizziness, instability, and nausea can last more than a day.
I know an HR of 47bpm isn't too low but I am diagnosed with Inappropriate Sinus Tach. Normal is ~100bpm. Could 47bpm still cause dizziness + nausea?
