I am taking antabuse (disulfiram) to help me stop drinking. It is working but i read it causes liver damage. Is that true?

I am taking antabuse (disulfiram) to help me stop drinking. It is working but i read it causes liver damage. Is that true?

Try something else: Because of the nature of alcohol addiction, and the fact that Antabuse (disulfiram) does nothing to reduce cravings for alcohol, most people will relapse on Antabuse (disulfiram) then become very sick or even die.
