Tenderness?: Sounds like you may have chostochondritis an inflammation of the cartilages joining your reibs to your breastbone. This is also called Tse+Tse's Syndrome after the Doctor who described it. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH REFLUX..and in fact YOU CANNOT "FEEL" your esophgas from the outside.
