Doubtful: We just don't know THAT much about the genetics of any mental illness yet, let alone a symptom as specific as coprophilia. I WOULD say that children of ill parents are more likely to be SOME type of ill themselves, regardless of if they are raised by bios. If this is what you mean, you might be able to help it by increasing fluids -- drinking clear water at least 8 glasses per day. Also, you can add plenty of fruits and vegetables in meals.
