Epistaxis: Great decision to stop using e-cig. You're doing yourself a great favor. As for your nose bleeds (epistaxis), as long as they stop, you're most likely fine. But it's still a good idea for your Family Doc or even ENT to take a peek up there to make sure nothing else is going on.
