Can methotrexate help with mild vasculitis of brain/cerebritis or neuro symptoms caused my ctd such as lupus?
Any reason other than brain inflamm/cerebritis that prednisone always helps my lightheaded, fogginess/confusion? Md doesn't know cause. I have lupus.

An u/s showed "reactive size (3mm) nodes" (bilateral cervical in 7 y/o child). what could be the cause to be "reactive, " if enlarged for 4+ years?
Nothing specific: In children 3-7 years of age cervical lymph gland enlargement is so common that it is almost considered normal. Abnormality wld be suggested by the glands getting larger & larger & accompanied by pain, redness, fever & throat involvement.
