Hi. Was trying to sleep, grinding teeth off/on then felt burning sensation & tingling near temple area. Then in bed, woke up.palpations, & tingling, burning ache everywhere? Could TMJ cause this?

TMJ not the cause: TMJ would not be a cause of palpitations and aching all over.
Why not clear the TMJ?
Draw a vertical line on your mirror.
Practice relaxing your jaw so that it opens midline.

How long have you: Been experiencing such symptoms? Have you seen any rash. It looks like some kind of nerve irritation. Herpes zoster is one but you need to have dermatome skin lesion.
