Causes Of Burning Sensation In My Right Leg
Several Options.: A burning sensation in the leg can be due to several factors but most commonly due to nerve irritation. Sometimes, an inflammation of the vein can cause a similar symptom but this is usually associated with pain along the course of the vein. This would not be due to a vein breaking or trying to break. You should see a vein specialist for an evaluation to determine the cause of the problem.See 1 more doctor answer

What could cause constant pain in the inguinal region and tenderness around the lymph nodes, along with a burning sensation midway down the right leg?
Several things: Burning is usually a sign of local inflammation of tissues or pain resulting from nerve injury/inflammation. Causes of all your symptoms could include infection (could be serious), inflammation of peripheral nerves (ex. Femoral, genitofemoral, obturator, saphenous), blood vessel inflammation/infection, etc. Serious enough, esp. W/fever, to warrant visit to dr. ASAP.
See below: If elevation mild anti inflammatory meds and or heat will not improve that sensation, then check with your primary care physician and request a doppler of your leg just to make sure that there isn't any vascular condition causing the problem.

Anti-inflammatories are often prescribed for it, in fairly high doses, such as ibuprofen 600-800mg three to four times per day. If that doesn't work after a week or so, drainage and steroid injection may be necessary, .
What should I do if my right leg is swollen feels like its asleep and a burning sensation on the lower part I have vericious veins
See A Vascular MD: You should seek evaluation by a medical professional, preferrably a vein specialist or vascular surgeon. Since you have obvious varicose veins on your lower legs and have swelling as well as burning in the legs, it is likely that you have a medical condition known as venous insufficiency or venous reflux. It is treatable and often curable. A ultrasound of your leg veins will be needed.See 1 more doctor answer

Diffuse annular disc bulge 1 to 2 mm at L4 L5. causing burning sensation in right leg and foot since 4 months. How is the prognosis. Is it nerve damag?
It depends...: On the cause. There are many causes of sciatica. See a doctor who specializes in neuromuscular disorders to determine the cause of your sciatica and to recommend an appropriate treatment plan. Most normal adults have disc bulges, and I agree with Dr. Krauser that your disc bulge at L4-L5 is not likely the source of your symptoms. Other causes include piriformis syndrome & sacroiliac joint issues.See 1 more doctor answer
Burning sensation right armpit, numbness and pin pricks in right leg and arm. Right leg also experiences burning toward foot what could this be.
Burning sensation and pain in lower right leg, numbing sensation in foot, pinching sensation in hip? No back pain.
Depends: I would like to know where the pain starts. If it originates at the buttock it is possible that the problem could be coming from the back despite not having back pain. My advice would be to get an EMG to rule out a radiculopathy, consider imaging of L-spine and Right Hip, and based on these results decide further tx. Buttock pain could be coming from back, hip or SI joint. Further w/u needed.

Hip flexors - psoas?: There are a few major muscles that might be involved as well as ligaments and nerves including the sciatic. A good massage therapist or chiropractor or PT is a good place to start. They can refer to a Dr if needed. There are exercises and yoga poses that might help too.
