Causes Of Burning Pain In Lower Back With Hematuria
Pain in lower back on right and hip, really painful and burning pain. It's worse when moving or sitting, no blood in urine or pain while peeing?
Could be sciatica or: Your sacroiliac joint? Or your piriformis muscle spasm. You need to see a doctor to get a physical exam to get the exact diagnosis, so you can get out of pain and find relief! Locate an osteopathic doctor (DO), who specializes in NMM (neuromusculoskeletal medicine), and have this evaluated thoroughly. Many great DO's in Columbus at the university.
Hematuria is the presence of blood in the urine. When you can see the blood, it's called gross hematuria. When the blood can only be seen under a microscope it is known as microscopic hematuria. Hematuria can be caused by kidney stones, kidney infections, urinary tract infections, an enlarged prostate, cancer, certain medications, and ...Read more
Burning pain in my low abdomen...with low back pain...not sever though...no other symptoms. Everything else normal?
Needs formal eval: Burning type pain can mean nerves being directly effected. Combining low back and abdominal distribution can mean a problem in the "retroperitoneal" area (behind the bowel, where the kidneys are). Some concerning problems can be there. So, you need formal evaluation of this. How long have you had it? This will make a difference to the doctor during your evaluation.
I've had low back pain for 3 years. Neck pain for 6 months. Headaches. Sometimes I get burning pain along spine/mid back. And tingly fingers.???
Back pain and CTS: It sounds as if you suffer from low back and neck pain. The pain may originate from arthritic joints of the spine (facet joints) or the strained muscles. You really should discuss with Pain Dr who will determine the exact source of your pain and treat accordingly. The tingling fingers may be carpal tunnel or sign of spinal issues. Treatment includes PT, meds, injections or CAM

17 yr-old competitive golfer with right low back deep burning pain on and off for 7 months. CT and 2 MRIs were negative. What to evaluate next.....?
Nerve root: Although CT/MRI are good for obvious nerve damage, muscular and soft tissue injuries are not as easily to pinpoint, as well as stretching of nerve roots and the resultant pain - I suggest symptomatic treatment including appropriate physical therapy, rest, and medication, if appropriate from your provider if choiceSee 9 more doctor answers
Only when laying down I have burning in my lower back but I have been having blood in urine but not everyday and tested negative for UTI what's wrong?
Back pain /hematuria: The symptom profile described could be associated with stones of the urinary tract or possibly a kidney infection. The negative urine makes an infection less likely, but an infected urine trapped behind a stone would not be detected. It would be wise for someone with those symptoms to be evaluated through the emergency department so rapid evaluation and initiation of treatment can be carried out.
Possible causes of low back pain, micro blood in urine in healthy, 32 y/o non-smoking woman? Had CT of kidnys and it was normal. Meds for inf not work.
Hematuria: Your hematuria (h) does not seem to be due to a lesion in your kidneys. Do you have a urinary tract infection (uti)? Your statement, "meds for not not work work", implies that you may have one. If you have no uti, you may need a cystoscopy to see if your bladder is the source of your h. A urologist can do this test. If negative, you may have a glomerulonephritis causing your h, see a nephrologist.
Cat scan shows kidney stones in both kidneys. Largest 10mm right side. Had on and off dull low back pain and blood in urine. Can they cause damage?
Yes: If the kidney stone blocks the flow of urine from the kidney, you can get permanent kidney damage, but that can take weeks to happen and is associated with severe pain. Also, kidney stones can become infected from pyelonephritis (kidney infection - not a typical urinary tract infection (uti)) and be challenging to treat. Please see your health care provider and consider a referral to urology.

Have blood in urine burning pain, lower ab pains when urinating. Is it UTI? What are the home remedies? Had laparascopic appendectomy a month ago
Cystitis: These are the symptoms of hemorrhagic cystitis. Ideally you should have a urine culture then started on an antibiotic and followed till symptoms resolve. There are no home remedies. Please see a doctor. They are definitely available where you are if you had laparoscopic appendecyomy. Good luck. Does not sound serious.See 1 more doctor answer

I was told that I have mod. Blood in urine but no UTI, what can be an issue? I am having low back pain (pinching) & unusual heart palpitations.
Micro-hematuria: Microscopic hematuria is fairly common and often from a benign familial tendency. Unfortunately, blood in the urine is also often the only sign one gets from some conditions that need to be discovered, like bladder or kidney cancer or kidney stones. See a urologist for workup. It likely will involve an office cystoscopic exam and upper urinary tract imaging.See 1 more doctor answer
