What causes shooting pain &a vibrating sensation in arms, legs, feet and hands, also a burning sensation in palms of hands&soles of feet?
Many things: Including things that have nothing to do with the feet, like a pinched nerve in the lower back or leg. If both feet tingle, this may be a symptom of an underlying problem like diabetes, anemia or something else. Not sure.: What your are describing is a very vague symptom. Veins rarely cause burning and you don't state if it is one vein or many veins or their location. An inflammed vein could cause burning but usually associated with this is redness and tenderness along the vein. You should see a vein specialist for a full evaluation. ...Read more

I would first try a liquid antacid 2 tablespoons (30ml); either maalox or mylanta. Pinched nerve?: Usually that type of feeling is coming from the nerves being pinched or pushed on somehow. The skin neves run along the top of the thigh, so make sure you are not wearing tight pants. Also, leaning against a counter for several hours can cause that. They can also be getting pinched due to arthritis or other problems in the spine. That is more likely at your age.
