Check with your doc: You should probably talk to you doctor and have your urine tested- with a clean catch tecnique to really see whether you have blood in the urine. Dysmenorrhea can manifest in different symptoms-like abdominal cramping etc- however a true-" blood in the urine" is not normal. Cystitis: These are the symptoms of hemorrhagic cystitis. Ideally you should have a urine culture then started on an antibiotic and followed till symptoms resolve. There are no home remedies .
