Yes.: But the degree of concern is uncertain until one knows why the lymph nodes are enlarged. Could be any one of a number of different things. Don't ignore it!: If you are having blood and mucus in your stool, your colon is quite unhappy. Mesavant most likely won't hurt your kidneys and will help turn off the inflammation in your gut.
