More info needed: Could be a lot of things. If they shimmer, move around and you get a headache might be migraine. If it's just one eye go get checked now particularly if the spots seem to flash. Not common: Your pediatrician should be able to help you with examining those spots. Usually sweating or wearing clothes that have dried sweat on it will not increase more spots to form. Depending on the type of spots you have, the color, whether their flat or raise, whether they are pigmented or not pigmented, will determine the answer to your question of what it could be.
