Can minor L5 s 1 disc bulge cause a Bartholin's cyst back pain increasing over 10 weeks. Had a fall now worried?
Completely unrelated: The bartholin cyst is not related to the disc bulge at all. A minor disc bulge is very common and likely not the cause of the pain as well. A fall in someone 35 years old would more commonly cause inflammation in the facet joints. Seek out a physiatry physician or other spine specialist.See 1 more doctor answer

What causes Bartholin’s cyst? Can chalmdyia cause the cyst itself or just infect it? A lot of conflicting info on the Internet.
Bartholin's cyst: Bartholin's glands are adjacent to the vaginal outlet. When their duct is blocked (by numerous causes) they back up and form a cyst which can become secondarily infected with a variety of organisms. It is not generally caused by Chlamydia or other infections.
Bartholin cyst: The bartholin glands produce mucous moisture substance and is located at the left and right entrance to the vagina. When the duct that allows the secretions to exit gets plugged or obstructed, then the gland can get enlarged and painful. If it is greater than 2.5 cm in size it can be treated with gentle compresses. If larger and more painful then surgical incision and drainage is indicated.See 1 more doctor answer
