I am having horrible arm and leg cramps and joint pain while taking latuda/trileptal, began during 4th week of treatment, why and will it go away?

Restless leg syndrom: Are you describing uncomfortable need to move around, maybe pins & needles or bugs crawling, that's relieved once you get out of bed? Or true muscle cramp, presumably in calf?
