That's great!: Your taste buds' sensitivity to flavors changes if you go without those flavors for a period of time. So the same thing you're describing happens when people cut back on salt intake... Your taste buds are much more sensitive to the flavor when you do have it again - and for many people it's generally an unpleasant taste. Keep up the good work with your low sugar diet! ...Read more
