Train well for sport: There is no way to answer this accurately without examining you but the most likely cause of knee pain in a young person with running is some form of tendinopathy (strain of a tendon). The muscles of the thighs (quadriceps) or hips (gluteii and tensor fascia lata) are not strong enough for the stress you place on them. These : These are very non-specific symptoms, and could mean a wide range of problems. General aches and pains could be secondary to viral illness, fatigue, stress/anxiety, musculoskeletal issues, etc. The shakiness could be due to low blood sugar, anxiety, chills secondary to infection process. The easy bruising could be due to a low plalelet count or other abnormality in blood count. The bottom line here is to have a complete medical evaluation by your primary care provider. Confront All Issues!: Diazepam ; propanolol: just single molecules, promoted as treatment for symptoms, have little to do with health. Thoughts of something seriously wrong are certainly real; but commonly also a self-diversion that allows for some feelings without conscious awareness/confrontation of what the fears are actually about.
