The syptoms you are discribing are more consistent with a viral illness such as mononucleosis and others than disc disease. None of these syptoms are typical for disc herniation. Hard to say: Sorry but this is tough to answer "online" do you have fever? is there blood in the diarrhea? have you had any stomach/intestinal issues in the past? Does anyone else @home have same symptoms? If the answers to above are No....Try eating "lightly"over next 24hrs. R/O IBS: SX CONSISTENT WITH IBS. But must rule out other causes L IBS SX can be managed. You need a full exam and blood work. Especially screen for H pylori.
