Very unlikely : Disc herniation is very common and often but not always without symptoms. We find it because we look for it. The syptoms you are discribing are more consistent with a viral illness such as mononucleosis and others than disc disease. None of these syptoms are typical for disc herniation. R/O KIDNEY STONE/UTI: LLQ pain with those symptoms is concerning for kidney stone /bladder stone or kidney infection.
