Physical exam: You should see you primary care provider to find out if it is a hernia or a simple separation of the "six pack" muscles without an actual hole, or hernia. Unclear ?: Not sure what your question is, but in general, you're activity level should be based on pain and discomfort, not the fact that you had a hernia repair or a diastasis recti.
