Needs a few tests: Palpitations are a conscious awareness of your own heart beat. It can be simple premature beats or one of multiple arrythmias. The palpitations can be the cause of your problems or reactive to other conditions. Pts with dizzyness and palpitations are particularly worrisome. No: An ECG is a static test and so as it has been read is normal. RSr likely refers to incomplete RBBB (normal variant in 15% of adult population). If u r dizzy and/ or palpiations, the yield on plain ECG is only good if u had ur sxs at that time.
