I have heel pain and foot pain on the outside of foot immediately in front of the heel. It seems to get aggravated after running or being on my feet.

Unrelated: Slipped disc at L4/5 can cause numb and tingly toes is the disc is compressing a nerve. It does not cause red and hot toes. A slipped disc compressing a nerve also tends to cause radiating pain, numbness and tingling and not typically only symptoms in the toes only.
