TMJ: It's possible that you have "Temporomandibular Joint syndrome", also known as "TMJ Syndrome". This is not scary, and most of the time it resolves on it's own, if you experience pain, tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen are okay to take. TMJ diagnosis can it caused ear pain when swallowing? Sore under ear, temple, front neck muscle and ear pain when eating & swallowing. Jaw clicks too. :(
