Too soon: The symptoms of a new HIV infection (acute retroviral syndrome, or ARS) don't start before about 10 days. Maybe sometimes as soon as 7 days, but 3 days isn't possible. Also, as you apparently know, ARS usually includes sore throat, so that's also against HIV as the cause. It's something else. Need thorough exam: Enlarged lymph nodes, 20 lb weight loss, and extreme fatigue alone need an answer. The Raynauds and positive ANA could be a clue but muscle and joint pain without swelling could be something else. blood vessel diseas: Raynaud's disease is due to spasm of the muscular lining of the blood vessels due to temperature extremes. It does not affect joints or muscles.
