Not right: Hi. No, those labs are definitely not normal. That prolactin (PRL) is not causing an undetectable FSH and vanishingly low testosterone. Can brain tumor cause full body aches and twiching also sleep disturbances wake up every 3h did spine MRI neuro blood eyes test all good...?
Not likely.: This does not fit the typical presentation of a brain tumor. That would be headache, vision change, or even more likely, a gait disturbance. It still might be one, but highly unlikely. More likely, is something like a nerve compression, or seizure, or some other illness. You really should see a neurologist for a full work-up urgently as this can still be serious and result in permanent damage. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

What do you advise if i've been getting night sweats and sleep disturbances every day for a few weeks now?
Night sweats: Night sweats can be part of nightmares, even if you don't remember dream content. But if you haven't already had a physical exam it would be a good idea to see your Physician. If labs and exam don't show anything and the problem continues your doctor will probably want to have you do a sleep study. If caused by nightmares, I teach my No More Nightmares class over VTC to resolve nightmares. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
