Leave it alone: Pustules can occur anywhere, usually from a blocked hair follicle or duct. It is best not to try and squeeze them as that can inject bacteria into the surrounding tissue and bloodstream and cause problems. Left alone pustules usually resolve on their own. If they become very large as an abscess your doctor can open and drain that safely for you. ...Read more

Rather unlikely, I: would guess the headache might be due to exposure. The pain in the back could be from bending, lifting etc, if you haven't these chores regularly. Otherwise might be coming down with some Viral infection. Take some Motrim and rest and if no better in 2-4 days or if getting worse see your PCP. ...Read more
