When I stand up sometimes my vision starts to go& I need to catch myself. Once I put my head down &I'm okay I feel intense amount of pressure in head.
I'm not sure these: two symptoms are related but they might be.Typically losing vision with standing up suggests a drop in blood pressure such that your eye is losing blood supply. Improvement by putting your head down supports this idea, but this isn't normal! Nor should you be feeling an "intense" pressure in your head.
