GAD. On Dothiepin 31.25mg, Lexotan 0.375mg 1 year. Dry eyes. Doc said stop Doethiepin, take Lexotan 1.5mg. Can stop without taper? Scared of rebound.

Niether: Both are nicotine replacement. Either can substitute for the nicotine in cigarettes. I recommend trying with out nicotine replacement, because at some point you will have to go through the withdrawal. It is really not that bad, and cravings only last 2-5 mins.
