None (OK maybe one): No nasty diseases. Common bacteria can enter through breaks in the skin and cause infection(impetigo and cellulitis). Avoid scratching as that can introduce the bacteria. Oral antihistamines (Benadryl) and topical corticosteroids (cortisone) are helpful.
