Not really familiar: Taking castor oil used to be recommended for constipation, but it is not healthy to take it orally in large doses. Castor oil packs might be okay, but there are side effects to castor oil, and it is definitely absorbed from the packs. Not a fan...: I am not aware of any adverse effects on pregnancy from tree oil products. They are derived from the indian "neem" tree which was thought to have ayurvedic antiseptic properties... Unfortunately a large percentage of indians suffer from severe periodontal disease anyway...
