I doubt it: I can't imagine how this could help but there are numerous anecdotal reports of it helping sebaceous cysts to drain. Chronic sebaceous cyst frequently drain and resolve temporarily but then what recur. Taking castor oil used to be recommended for constipation, but it is not healthy to take it orally in large doses. Castor oil packs might be okay, but there are side effects to castor oil, and it is definitely absorbed from the packs.
