I have a casein allergy, started drinking soy lattes and my stomachaches are back . Can they be related ?
No: Casein is a milk protein. Soy isn't. But both casein and soy are common food allergies/intolerances. A good rule of thumb: what did your ancestors eat? If your ancestors didn't eat soy once upon a time, then it makes sense that soy may not be agreeing with you now.
