There could be a few reasons for your symptoms. I would see a physician for assessment of your rotator cuff. If the rotator cuff is ruled out as a cause of your discomfort then your physician can look into other potential reasons behind the pain and loss of strength.

I've had a frozen shoulder for nearly 2 years still very pain full. Taking over-the-counter antinflammatories. Now looks and feels like muscle loss.

Depends on tumor: A lot depends on the size location and function of the tumor. A pituitary tumor may cause headaches, visual disturbances, and if it secretes a hormone, it can cause syndromes related to that. This opinion will give you the best answer. The problem appears to be the osteophyte and may reflect pressure on a nerve. It does not necessarily follow that this is the cause but may be a cause. The physiotherapy and meds are a conservative way of treatment. Has the pain gotten better? If so can you live with what you have? See the doc
