Not caused by injury. For the past week, I have been unable to fully bend or extend elbow. Pain is on the inside, top of the joint during movement.

Locked elbow: Very important to make sure you do not have a spontaneous infection. If you have any fever redness or lots of pain with motion go to ER or your family doctor and get this checked out ASAP. If not infected could be a loose body or other soft tissue structure getting stuck in the elbow joint. Go to an orthopedic surgeon and get 3Vs xrays of the elbow done. If Xrays negative then get MRI. ...Read more

Ive had dull leg pain for years. Its NOT in the joints, temporarily feels better with heat and movement &has been "migrating" recently. What is it? :/

If it's in the feet and soles then a peripheral neuropathy can be considered especially if there is a history of diabetes, or other risk factors such a chemo treatment. Neuropathy tend to involve both legs so if the symptoms are unilateral then something else like a radiculopathy should be considered. ...Read more

Joint pain: By all means, see a doctor. There are many medical illnesses that can cause your symptoms. Correct diagnosis is very important. Anti inflammatory pain meds can cause abdominal and kidney issues when taken too often and tylenol (acetaminophen) can cause liver issues. Narcotic pain meds are highly addictive and not recommend for long term use except in rare cases. Good luck! ...Read more
