I have mild carpal tunnel. Doctor says i need a wrist brace. I have tremors in my pinkies. What type and/ or brand of wrist brace do you recommend?

Is it appropriate to wear wrist braces all of the time to prevent carpal tunnel pain? Or will it still be effective if worn only to bed for example.
