I have an afib and i'm looking for a medicine with less side effects & stress. So far i have 2 choices the carvidilol and cardizem. Which is better?
Depends: Cardizem is a good rate controling agent and usually a fairly mild BP medication. Unfortunately untill you try it wont really know. If I miss my morning dose of Cardizem-120 mg in the morning what is the latest I can take it before waiting til the next day?
Depends on you: Can't speak for you individually, but understand: 120 mg is a very small dose. Many people take 240 mg twice a day and tolerate it well.
