Not necessarily.: SVT is very common (it is the most common arrhythmia), & could have many different causes. If you didn't have an anxiety disorder before the diagnosis, chances are that anxiety isn't causing this problem. Thyroid issues, heart issues, infections, malignancies can cause this problem. the supplements you mention are just that...nutritional "supplement" preparations which are touted to help all kinds of issues... they are most likely not hurting likewise they are most likely NOT HELPING...You mnight consider some behavior modification therapy (Cognitive Behavioral therapy) , BIOFEEDBACK ( sometimes VERY effective with cardiac arrythmias) and ACUPUNCTURE
