Chest pain on my left side: Have you ever had, chest trauma, such as MVA, months or years ago. Or pneumonia, or L side fluid collection which required drainage. Have you had imaging of the chest; CXR, CT or MRI. if not I suggest to have them done, to rule out any other condition, such as chronic pleuritis, or pulmonary disease, or even rib fracture.
In these conditions the blood testing will be normal.

Happens: Some guys have such strong abs etc. That they can compromise venous return to the heart doing squats. Watch to maintain breathing and do these slow if at all.

Go see your doctor: Talk to your family doctor. Tell her/him what's on your mind. List your medications, prescription & otc. Also any supplements. Get referral to psychiatrist if necessary. At least get counseling so that you know that you're not alone and that there are many people available to help you through this tough time. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
