Four days in a row, I would wake up feeling fine. Go about my day doing chores but as soon as I get to work (I work 2pm-10pm) my head starts to throb.
Can i drink pre-workout mix then drink one scoop of sports drink mix while working out? I work out 1hr and 30 mins everyday.
