Is food pyramid wrong w/ 11 servings of carbs? I eat more fruits&veggies, protein w/whole grains&beans, but not 11 srvs. Could less carbs be harmful?
None: There is no glucose in either beer or diet coke. Diet coke is sweetened with an artificial sweetner. Beer has alcohol sugars in it but no glucose. Diet coke should be zero calories. Depends.: If you are burning the calories off as fast as you eat them, and are not gaining excessive weight, then they are probably ok in reasonable amounts. Low starch diet: I don't know if that is true but you are describing a low-starch diet, and that is generally healthy. My 3 children eat fish, lean meat, plenty of fruit & veggie, drink only milk & water. But eat 1 dessert/day. They r thin, should I still cut sweet?

NOT milk chocolate: Sorry to say that milk chocolate is not healthy. Chocolate is healthy; sugar added to it is not healthy.
