Treat GI: Prilosec can cause micronutrient malnutrition due to malabsorption. Carafate (sucralfate) can sometimes have aluminum in it. All this can contribute to fatigue. Sucralfate 4 ulcer: It is a medication used to treat stomach/duodenal ulcers, to prevent it, or to treat those with severe oral ulceration (epidermolysis bullosa). It is a relatively safe medication, but not as effect as other medication such as the famous purple pill. Some people do benefit from it and so still in use. Have fun learning.
