Treat GI: Prilosec can cause micronutrient malnutrition due to malabsorption. Carafate (sucralfate) can sometimes have aluminum in it. All this can contribute to fatigue. Also if you are losing blood from an ulcer, anemia can also make you tired. Proper testing may help find the cause. ...Read more

Axid (nizatidine) is brand of h2 receptor blocker, all of which are now available otc. Sucralfate 4 ulcer: It is a medication used to treat stomach/duodenal ulcers, to prevent it, or to treat those with severe oral ulceration (epidermolysis bullosa). It is a relatively safe medication, but not as effect as other medication such as the famous purple pill. Some people do benefit from it and so still in use. Have fun learning.
