Options available: CT scan of the abdomen may be indicated but not for mild pain alone. If the symptoms are progressive and there is concern for Cancer(unlikely in your age group), then only I would consider doing a CT. Similarly Colonoscopy is not indicated because of pain alone.If there is bowel irregularity or blood in stool Colonoscopy is reasonable to do. Normal vs. Healthy:: Normal means common, zero reliable relationship with healthy & defined by medical industry as average to include the central 96% of common for any variable. What you describe is neither healthy nor common in most cases after colonoscopy. But it all depends on your anatomy/function before exam, what was done during exam & your responses afterwards. Bloated: Bloating is usually a dietary issue, and often there is nothing grossly wrong on endoscopy. I would try an elimination diet, usually bloating is related to some degree of wheat sensitivity. Also, trying a course of probiotics may help. ...Read more

Constipation: You mentioned that all the test are normal. Constipation can cause nausea, fatigue, pelvic heaviness, and painful to pass stool and gas due to exertion. Drink a lot of water/fluid, increase fibers in your diet, and chew your food well before swallow. Drink a glass of slightly warm water with little salt early in the morning.
