What can I to resolve problem with a stress? I am studying canon law, every day I have lot of a stress. So I am feeling sad, alone, without motivation
Why when an authority figure tells me what to do, do I feel angered? Especially if they yell or talk down to me, it makes me want to rebel. Why?

Weight gain: Gaining weight is excess calories. Being 16 you're burning calories like a furnace. Muscle gain is the desired goal, increase in total calories is needed. Up protein, carbs, n maintain fat content (don't lower or raise it) exercise should be focused on beginner weight training, and a trainer is highly recommended to avoid injury. You need to consume more calories than you burn. Don't do this by eating a lot of junk food. Make sure you're getting all your essential nutrients.
